The goal was to create fantasy armor that's lightweight and functional. Custom modifications to the pattern were made to accommodate the use of faux leather.

Challenges include:
• Crafting a solution for lightweight chainmail
• Making it modular for use in different environments and temperatures
• Make it break down for travel

A custom satchel was made and created to be functional as well as complement the costume as a whole.

• Over 2,000 rivets were used for stable construction.
• European four-in-one pattern chainmail is constructed from lightweight plastic, each ring formed by hand.
• Economically sources materials include faux fur, faux, leather, and EVA foam for reinforcement.
